# Horizon run record — 2026-10-29

Published resources actually read: Present 1.0.0 SKILL.md, layouts, motion and design guide; Unique design 1.0.0 SKILL.md, handoff, design principles, review and Present HTML adapter. Implementation copies the retained published template; no canonical skill or retained release is edited.

Input: brief.md and the original curated presentation from 2026-10-28, retained byte-for-byte as draft.html. The initial draft is not relabeled as a fresh assistant output.

1. Present storyline correction: move the existing “Approve a bounded pilot. Confirm the owner.” request onto the opening, with the sponsor condition visible. Retain delivery, readiness and final timeline/decision. This is a content/storyline change authorized by the website plan, owned by Present.
2. Unique design Refine → Present correct: keep the incumbent identity, readiness slide wording, labels, values, qualification and zero-based scale. Group the Enablement row and enlarge/associate the qualification. Do not rewrite its content.
3. Output: presentation.html. A deterministic generator reproduces the correction. generated.json records SHA-256 values and accessible transcripts extracted from the exact files.

Handoff contract: unique-design/v1; scope: opening storyline plus readiness-only visual refinement; protected controller and CSS sections unchanged. The two owners' changes are separated in evidence.json.

Human corrections in this run: none. Browser, offline and PDF statuses are recorded in evidence.json; missing checks remain unverified. Five intended-user trials and public assistant installation/generation/revision checks remain pending.
