# Northstar run record — 2026-10-29

Product: Codex, file-capable repository workspace. Exact model, account plan and native skill settings are not exposed. No provider compatibility pass is claimed.

Published resources actually read: Present 1.0.0 SKILL.md, layouts, motion and design guide; Unique design 1.0.0 SKILL.md, design principles, handoff, review and Present HTML adapter.

Direct / brief: audience is new service-desk colleagues practising a sequence and ownership. Compared an editorial story with a process-and-responsibility structure. Chose the latter because trainees must follow Receive → Triage → Resolve → Close, then identify an escalation. System sans serif, navy ink and teal roles belong to a fictional Northstar identity. No external imagery, fonts or claims.

Present / build: use the exact published template, replace sample slides with process, escalation and practice. Initial output retained as draft.html, with its equal-card composition visible. All source thresholds and qualifications remain on slides.

Unique design / review → Refine / correct: the equal cards do not express the handover relation strongly; turn the first slide into a connected rail with aligned role rows and make the action side of the later slides dominant. Preserve every visible word, role, value, qualification, controller and protected CSS section. No new Direct phase or planning loop.

Output: presentation.html. The generator checks identical visible text before/after, emits SHA-256 records and extracts accessible transcripts from each exact artifact into generated.json.

Human corrections: none. Browser, offline and PDF status are in evidence.json. User trials and public-product installation/generation/revision remain unverified.
